职位描述:
1.负责项目从开发到产品量产的全过程管理工作，包括项目流程制定、项目执行和项目交付。
Responsible for the whole process of project management from development to mass production, including project process formulation, project execution and project delivery.
2. 了解和管理客户需求，控制范围、预算和进度。
Understand and manage customer requirements, control scope, budget and schedule.
3. 与客户(内部和外部)和项目团队进行定期和有效的沟通。
Communicate regularly and effectively with customers (internal and external) and project teams.
4. 进行项目和团队评估，定义和交付需求，促进和组织项目和团队结构，并解决问题。
Performs project and team assessments, defines and delivers requirements, promotes and organizes project and team structures, and solves problems.
5.制定和维护详细的项目工作计划和预算。确定适当的资源，并以明确和准确的方向分配它们。
Develop and maintain a detailed project work plan and budget. Identify appropriate resources and allocate them in a clear and precise direction. 6. 保持所有问题和风险的最新跟踪和状态。定期与管理层沟通项目状态，并保存会议记录和项目问题。
Keep track of all issues and risks up to date. Communicate project status with management on a regular basis and keep minutes of meetings and project issues.
7.评估项目风险，制定应急计划，并随着项目的进展对风险的变化做出反应。识别、评估和监控项目的相关质量标准，并确定满足需求的方法。
Assess project risks, develop contingency plans, and respond to changes in risks as the project progresses. Identify, evaluate and monitor project related quality criteria and determine methods to meet requirements.
8.具有独立项目管理与运营能力，能充分与内外部沟通，确保项目顺利完成。
Have the ability of independent project management and operation, can fully communicate with internal and external channel to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
9.可得到充分授权，独立判断，能对项目进度进行全盘把控。
Can be fully authorized, independent judgment, control the whole project schedule and risk.
10.完成上级交办的其它工作。
Complete other work assigned by superior.
任职资格
1.本科以上学历； Bachelor Degree above;
2. 工程类等相关专业 Major in Engineering related
3. 五年以上项目管理工作经验，生产制造型企业背景
More than 5 year of Project Management experience in manufacturing company
4. 电子电气或工程机械等相关工作背景；
Electrical or engineering mechanical related working background;
5. 熟悉项目管理流程与项目推进与执行方式。独立判断，能对项目进度进行全盘把控；
Familiar with project management process, project promotion and implementation. Independent judgment, able to fully control the whole project schedule and risk.
6.能有独立项目管理与运营能力，能充分与内外部沟通，沟通协调能力强；
Have independent project management and operation ability, can fully communicate with internal and external channel, strong communication and coordination ability.
7. 良好的计划和执行能力、能够承受一定的工作压力；
Good planning and execution skills, communication and coordination skills, able to work under pressure.
8.英语听说读写熟练 Good command of English both in written and spoken
9. 熟练使用办公软件，尤其是EXCEL、WORD等； Proficient in using office software, especially EXCEL, WORD, etc.
10. 年龄：40以下；Age: below 40;
